Your challenge

Verstraete.team has strong growth ambitions outside its natural habitat, West and East Flanders, where we have been active for over 200 years. Next to that we have also projects in Antwerp and Flemish Brabant/Brussels. Geographically, we are expanding with now interesting projects in Brussels..

We are therefore recruiting an experienced project manager to manage the projects together with a fellow site manager/project coordinator. In this role as project manager, you are responsible for the financial and technical follow-up of new construction and renovation projects (usually class 8). You tap into your network of relevant subcontractors and suppliers. You work mainly from the site. You do this by meticulous planning, purchase of materials and subcontractors and good work preparation. You are the first point of contact for the architect, client and all parties involved.

You can rely on the expertise we have in house including a team of buyers, 3D-BIM work preparation, 4D-BIM planning, 5D-BIM costing and a joinery specialized in processing solid wood into windows, doors, gates,, timber frame construction and custom interior work.
