Als echte algemeen aannemer bouwen én renoveren we zowel scholen, rusthuizen, appartementen, villa’s, ziekenhuizen maar ook eigen ontwikkelingen. We werken zowel in bouwteam als voor openbare bouwbesturen.

We are setting up an Indian team of Data- and BIM-experts, so together we can

  • stand out as dataspecialist and work closely together with BIM-modelers (3D), BIM-planners (4D) and BIM-cost estimators (5D)

Your role

We are seeking a skilled Dashboard Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Dashboard Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Qlik Sense. Your primary role will involve extracting and manipulating data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel spreadsheets, cloud platforms, and APIs. Additionally, you should be a proficient communicator in English, as you will collaborate with stakeholders and effectively convey insights derived from the data.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Qlik Sense.

  • Extract data from diverse sources, including SQL databases, Excel spreadsheets, cloud platforms, and APIs.

  • Manipulate and transform data to meet specific requirements for visualization and analysis.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather dashboard requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the development process.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and dashboard development.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to a team of analysts, steering them towards efficient data analysis practices.

Our ideal candidate is/has ...

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Qlik Sense, with a demonstrated ability to create impactful dashboards.

  • Experience in data extraction, transformation, and manipulation from various sources, including SQL, Excel, cloud platforms, and APIs.

  • Hands on experience on analytics tools such as R, python and BI tools for exploratory data analytics and predictive data analytics

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Data Analysis/ Data Science or similar relevant fields with proven business analysis experience

  • Construction Industry background will be preferred.
